Emily Thorsen helps brands bring ideas to life from concept through execution. As a freelance Creative Director, she partners with growing organizations, agencies, and in-house marketing teams, bringing senior creative leadership to key initiatives, campaigns, and brand-building efforts.

Emily lives in Hobe Sound, Florida with her daughter, Norwegian husband, and energetic Catahoula Leopard Dog.

She grew up around commercial productions with her father, a photographer, earning pocket money holding reflectors, carrying gear, and assisting on shoots. After studying graphic design at Flagler College, she began her career in creative roles and expanded into production, building a skill set that bridges brand strategy, creative development, and execution.

Today, Emily leads projects through her company, SPLASH, and partners with brands, agencies, in-house marketing teams, and production companies on product launches, brand refreshes, campaigns, and commercial productions.

Her perspective comes from understanding both how ideas are developed and how they are brought to life. Whether shaping a brand launch, developing a campaign, leading a production, or serving as a trusted local partner for an out-of-state team, Emily combines strategic thinking, practical problem-solving, and calm leadership to keep projects moving forward.
